ZG Worldwide recently had the pleasure of meeting with a client who is from China and actively developing health care ventures. One of her current projects is focused on finding talented U.S. board certified physicians to work at Lion Lake, a luxury health resort located in China.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate! Based on statistics, Medical Doctors who acquire overseas experience have more advantages for their next job when returning to their home countries.  

Specifically, the client is located in Guangzhou, China and operates a medical tourism & resort community referred to as Lion Lake.  Lion Lake is close to the Guangzhou Airport and has a beautiful golf course, lake, villas, hospital facility and a 5-star hotel within the community.  Lion Lake provides Executive Health to high-end Chinese population.  Lion Lakes is currently seeking a board certified MD who holds an active US physician license. The serving term may be anywhere between 6-12 months.  This opportunity is for someone who is interested in an international experience and wants to live within a resort community. For the right candidate, the pay is extremely competitive with added bonuses including economy airline tickets (for MD and his/her spouse), FREE housing, food, lodging, golf course memberhsip, personal/sick days and family health insurance.

Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Obey Chinese physician’s practice laws
• Respect and meet patient needs
• Learn heavy metal toxicity prevention, detection and chelation process (the technology is certified by INUS in Germany) and provide follow up medical services whenever appropriate 
• Practice early cancer detection and prevention
• Assess patient’s physical conditions; work with Chinese physicians to make appropriate recommendations (the goal is to combine the west and Chinese traditional medicine)
• Whenever possible, be involved with Lion Lake’s activities
• Before receiving physician’s practice license in China, should listen and follow Chinese physician’s decision because Chinese physicians will be responsible for whatever they do.  However, Lion Lakes embraces new ideas; if your ideas make good business and moral sense, we will consider them seriously. 
• Be loyal to Lion Lake.  If patients do something irrational, please consider Lion lake’s interest first 
• Enjoy your job and be your best.  Treat patients nicely and be considerate to them.
• Protect Lion Lake’s intellectual property, and do not share our core technologies to others without our consent. 
• Continuously learning and improve technical skills, develop new business ideas, technology, process and R&D, bring R&D to clinic studies
